President KC has denounced the killing of civilians and journalists in Gaza by Israel

Tuesday, 26 August 2025 –  I have condemned the Israeli airstrikes that targeted Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis, resulting in the deaths of nearly two dozen individuals, including five journalists. Such actions are intolerable, as Israel has a duty to safeguard civilians in areas of conflict.

It is imperative that civilians, healthcare professionals, and journalists receive protection. I urge for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
